Cezzium had good advice for you. Use an oven thermometer. Mine was $10 at the grocery store.
Pretty much all of the temperature controls are off by varying amounts. The trick is just to find out what it is so you don't burn your dinner.
I spoke to a repair guy and he said that is was a common problem, but it was going to cost me $100 just for him to leave the shop. He's the one that suggested I buy a thermometer.
Pull the knob off there maybe an adjustment screw behind the knob

It seems to be a manufacturer problem. Either you try and get them to replace it or use your math and adjust your temp accordingly. Get an oven thermometer to place inside the oven. That will help.
Thermostat needs calibrating. Suggest hiring a local applicance center technician for that - cheaper than buying the tools required. Or just live with it and adjust your cooking temperature accordingly.
Pull of the thermostat button & inside you will find a slotted screw turning the screw clockwise will decrease the oven temperature. I suggest turning it a small bit at a time until you get the right temperature.
